Returns & Exchanges Policy

- Products must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items

- Brushes & Combs (for hygiene reasons)
- Blenders & Thinners (opened products)
- Cleaning & Sterilising products (opened containers)
- Bull Nose Scissors and Chunker Scissors (used tools)
- Any products where original packaging has been opened or damaged

- Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
